The HealthCare Initiative Where Talent Meets Opportunity Medical-Surgical/ICU Director Hospital: 100 bed, not-for-profit rural acute-care hospital. This hospital has recently expanded their facility as well as renovated their existing space. The hospital is going live with their new EMR system. The Medical-Surgical/ICU Director oversees a 35-bed Medical-Surgical Unit and a 10-bed ICU Unit. This position reports a dynamic CNO. Location: This location offers a multitude of outdoor activities. The economy in this area is thriving. Enjoy lots of fun little shops and restaurants. Take a weekend trip to Yellowstone National Park. Salary: $70-95K, relocation assistance, performance bonus, tuition assistance, and excellent health benefits which include 90% coverage and a number of hospital provided services at no charge. Requirements: BSN required, 3-5 years of management experience with at least 2 years experience in critical care.
