Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, mathematics, business, Engineering, or related quantitative disciplines
- 10+ years of experience in KPO or Process Improvement roles
- Demonstrated experience implementing technical projects and managing high impact projects
- 2+ years of experience leading and/or participating in structured process improvement activities such as Kaizen Events
- Proven ability to coach/ teach continuous improvement techniques to peers and rest of organization.
- Proven analytical problem solver and ability to communicate
- Demonstrated ability to lead people/teams without formal responsibility
- Proven strong stakeholder management in all levels
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing service environment
- Proven proficiency knowledge of MS Office package in resume
Interaction and Environment
- You will be a key member of the China Supply Chain Operations leadership team and will report to the Senior Director of Supply Chain in China
- Daily work hours flex to build collaborative partnerships and timely communications across multiple geographies and time zones
- Indirectly leads, motivates, and influences a global team, spanning multiple regions and cultures
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
