Continuous Improvement Manager [China]

  • Ability to prepare and present effective business cases to secure appropriate business sponsorship for high priority continuous improvement projects
  • You're self-directed, proactive, and able to define and execute projects independently

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, mathematics, business, Engineering, or related quantitative disciplines
  • 10+ years of experience in KPO or Process Improvement roles
  • Demonstrated experience implementing technical projects and managing high impact projects
  • 2+ years of experience leading and/or participating in structured process improvement activities such as Kaizen Events
  • Proven ability to coach/ teach continuous improvement techniques to peers and rest of organization.
  • Proven analytical problem solver and ability to communicate
  • Demonstrated ability to lead people/teams without formal responsibility
  • Proven strong stakeholder management in all levels
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing service environment
  • Proven proficiency knowledge of MS Office package in resume

Interaction and Environment

  • You will be a key member of the China Supply Chain Operations leadership team and will report to the Senior Director of Supply Chain in China
  • Daily work hours flex to build collaborative partnerships and timely communications across multiple geographies and time zones
  • Indirectly leads, motivates, and influences a global team, spanning multiple regions and cultures
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%
