Job Description

  • Assist in recruitment and selection activities such as arranging interview, document collection.
  • Assist in work passes application/renewal, medical checkup and on-boarding matters.
  • Facilitate training course arrangement.
  • Responsible for handling general office administration duties including managing office supplies such as stationaries, pantry and facilities / building maintenance.
  • Manage phone calls, managing incoming/outgoing mail.
  • Maintain filing system, contact database, employee list and inventories.
  • Assist in organising Company events (Eg. Dinner & Dance, half yearly and Christmas event etc.)
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as may be assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum "O" Level / "A" Level / ITE or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $2,000.00 - $2,800.00 per month
