This two-year Management Residency program is designed to develop the knowledge and skills, both personally and professionally, of Seventh-day Adventist college graduates who are interested in a management career in the health care and educational industry. The Management Residency program provides hands-on experience in key departments around the LLUH entities. Performs other duties as needed.
As a Management Resident you choose a track and within that track you will be rotating every few months gaining experience in different departments.
Opportunities available for 2024:
- Advancement - Philanthropy Management Resident – Advancement is responsible for fundraising (philanthropy), and marketing and communications. This track is specifically for fundraising in Philanthropy.
- Supply Chain Management Resident – The Supply Chain Management department is a central purchasing department that creates and negotiates contracts that aim to lower the overall cost for end users on purchased goods and services.
- Finance Management Resident (2) – Finance includes Financial Planning & Analysis and Hospital Operations Finance
- Risk Management Resident – The Risk Management department is responsible for the administration of all property and casualty insurance and employee benefit programs on the Loma Linda campus (health plan, workers compensation, liability, environmental health and safety).
- Accounting Management Resident – Financial Services includes general accounting, fixed asset accounting, financial reporting, trust and investment accounting, accounts payable, expense report processing, non-patient/non-student accounts receivable, intercompany charges, treasury and tax.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, or related field (having graduated within the last 24 months) or completed by start date of program required. Some leadership experience preferred. Member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church required.
