About the Hospital

RegionalMedicalCenter is Wyoming’s largest healthcare system. Licensed at 218 beds, Cheyenne Regional was originally founded in 1867 as a frontier tent hospital. The MedicalCenter was the first Level II Trauma Center and offers specialties which include a CancerCenter, Heart Center, Orthopedics, Neurological, Vascular and Bariatric Serv! ices. The hospital embraces Studer principles and Shared Gover! nance. This hospital services Wyoming and Western Nebraska. A new medical campus expansion is planned to include; ICU/PCU/ED beds, parking, Labor & Delivery, as well as OB.
About the Position
Position reports to the Revenue Cycle Officer.
Compensation:
$33.04-$54.47/hour plus excellent benefits offered to include: health, dental, vision, life insurance, as well as health and fitness membership and various retail discounts.
Requirements:
BA strongly preferred. Equivalent education and/or experience will also be considered. 2+ years of experience in Health Information Management, with at least 1 years of supervisory experience in coding, assembly and analysis of patient medical records or transcription.
