Job Title: Co-founder/Chief of Human Resources

Roswell Advanced Energy Innovations (RAEI), a dynamic startup company revolutionizing the energy industry, is seeking a highly skilled and visionary Co-founder/Chief of Human Resources to join our team. As a Co-founder, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's human resources strategy, building a talented and engaged workforce, and fostering a positive and inclusive organizational culture.

Job Description:

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with RAEI's mission and business objectives. Collaborate with the leadership team to integrate HR practices into overall company strategies.
  • Talent Acquisition and Retention: Oversee end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, ensuring the attraction of top talent. Develop strategies to retain high-performing employees and create a positive employer brand.
  • Employee Development and Engagement: Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Implement initiatives to drive employee engagement, satisfaction, and productivity.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement effective performance management systems, including goal-setting, regular performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms. Support managers in providing coaching and guidance to optimize employee performance.
  • Organizational Culture and Diversity: Champion a positive and inclusive organizational culture, fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Ensure that company policies and practices promote a respectful and inclusive work environment.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards. Proactively identify and mitigate HR-related risks. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal and regulatory changes impacting HR practices.
  • HR Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and guidelines that align with the company's values. Ensure consistency and fairness in HR practices while maintaining compliance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a strategic HR leader, ideally as a Co-founder or Chief of Human Resources in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Deep knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Strong experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with HR software systems and tools for efficient HR operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) are a plus.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $1,000,000.00 per year
