A clinically competent, Registered Nurse who is able to deliver care to pediatric ! patients: newborn (0 - 28 days), pediatric (29 days - 10 years), adolescents (11 years - 18 years), through the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation. Provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and the multidisciplinary care team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting. The Registered nurse is responsible for carrying out routine patient care assignments, working in controlled patient care situations, performing established nursing care procedures and engaging in therapeutic, rehabilitative, and preventative activities. The RN applies knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the lifespan to identify patient and family requirements relative to age specific needs. The RN is responsible for administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician and under the supervision of the Physician.
Current RN/LPN license in the state of ! Wyoming
Current BLS certification
Has good clinical sk! ills and judgment.
Has the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
Will complete a skills checklist within 90 days of hire.
